Proposed E & S plan should protect stream from adverse impact during site/well development if properly implemented & maintained. Drill cuttings are to be land farmed. Operator must ensure that the landfarm area is at least 20 inches above the seasonal high groundwater table. The operator should ensure that the required horizontal isolation distances are maintained from the surrounding existing buildings.
