2740874 Primary Facility 2018-06-13 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On 6/13/18 an routine partial inspection of the Thomas Bigger Well Site was conducted in relation to an operator request for minor modification on an adjacent temporary waterline. The following was observed:

>>The site was moderately active with general servicing personnel and preparations underway to begin stimulation of the four wells present on site at the time of inspection. No violations.

>>Site was noted to be in close proximity to active construction and implementation of both a temporary waterline and pipeline construction project associated with a complaint inspected on 6/8/18.

2742378 Primary Facility 2018-06-08 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted On 6/8/18 a complaint inspection of the Thomas Bigger Well Site was conducted in response to CTS ID 334807, the following was observed:

>>The complainant reported that Bigger Run was "extremely muddy" and that it was believed to be related to activity at the Thomas Bigger Well Site. No corresponding activity was found at the well site, however an adjacent pipeline construction project was found to include a recently closed stream crossing.

>>Moderate sediment load was observed in Bigger Run around the intersection with Bigger Road.

>>Detail image showing deposited sediments in the stream. Live fish and invertebrates were observed.

>>A permitted stream crossing on the Krivickas to Smith Pipeline project appears to have been the source of the sediment impact.

>>The stream at the point of crossing appears to be have returned to clear flow with no evidence of permit condition violations noted.

>>A small amount of sealant clay from construction of the dam remained in the stream potentially causing the wh

2763122 Primary Facility 2018-08-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/10/2018 at approximately 0900, I conducted an inspection of the Thomas Bigger Well Site in response to a complaint of excessive noise and light. I met with Hannah McAvoy (Range Resources) at the site to conduct the inspection and discuss the typical working conditions of the site and the associated noise that it produced on a regular basis.

Well stimulation activities were ongoing at the time of the inspection. Ms. McAvoy stated that they had completed a total of 55 stages out of 214. The well pad was observed by walking the perimeter to stay out of high pressure areas. The Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition. Water hauling trucks were delivering water to tanks on site at the time of inspection. All wells were within proper secondary containment which appeared to be in good condition.

No violations were observed during this inspection.
