The fire was first reported at approximately 9:30 PM Wednesday, 27 June, by the operator. Fire was reported to West Finley Fire Department, and was extinguished by approximately 12:30 AM Thursday 28 June. Initial reports indicated 7 pump trucks, a man lift, a 4000 Gallon diesel fuel truck and two acid tractor trailers (believed to be 5000 gal tanks carrying approx. 4000 gal of 28% HCl acid each) and a safety shower trailer were involved and damaged by fire. Frac crew was pumping stage 16 of 48 on the MOR31F well (125-28269) when the fire broke out.
