2846931 Primary Facility 2019-03-01 Incident- Response to Accident or Event In Compliance with Policy Remarks: Administrative Review of this incident revealed following ;

A spill incident was reported by the operator, Range Resources, on 12/14/17 at the Moore Park South 12065 well pad. An approximate 36 gallons of glycol was released on the well pad.

According to documentation & reports from Range - The contaminated gravel/ soil was placed into spill kits. A sump was also installed to capture and monitor all fluids.

Upon review of all the information in relation to this spill incident, the operator performed the proper spill reporting requirements and has reported sufficient remediation at the area of release in compliance with the Departments current Spill Policy.
