| − | | On November 8, 2012, Environmental Trainee, Carl Livermore and I stopped at CONSOLï¾’s NV-55 site to conduct a pre-drill inspection of their perimeter E&S controls.

For the most part they matched, although I noted that the contractor added silt fence that wasnï¾’t in the original plans. This is not a problem but it needs to be added to the plans and be initialed by a WQS.
