Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2071211 Primary Facility 2012-05-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Pre-drill inspection at the request of the Operator. At the time of inspection the site was constructed as outlined in the ESCGP. The site ID sign was properly marked with all pertinent information. All erosion and sedimentation BMP's were properly installed and maintained at the time of inspection. The site had recently been seed and mulched. The Department suggested to the Operator that adding a small amount of rip-rap to the drainage ditch adjacent to the access road to prevent sedimentation from plugging the culvert pipe which conveys runoff under the access road to the sedimentation pond blow the site on the south facing side to the well pad area. The Department suggest that the Operator continue weekly inspections of the area and after significant rainfall event to ensure accelerated erosion and sedimentation is kept at a minimum.
