2277061 Primary Facility 06/05/2014 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine Inspection of Chevron Producing well. Well head and gas processing equipment appear in good condition. Well is tagged. Tanks are diked and in good condition.
2644665 Primary Facility 2017-10-06 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On 9/14/17 a RESTR inspection was conducted of the Marynchak Unit well site in response to an operator submitted notice of termination. The following was observed:

>>Five wells were observed on site at the time of inspection.

>>Much of the restored area surrounding the pad was was inaccessible due to live stock use and fencing. Visible vegetation was in good condition with sufficient coverage to provide permanent stabilization.

>>Wells and well servicing equipment were all in good condition with no noted issues.

>>The well site appears to be in appropriate condition for termination of the permit.
