Department contacted Operator Rep Brad Buterbaugh by phone. Mr. Buterbaugh stated well does not produce brine and the tank is only used when the well is swabbed. Department recommends Operator re-attach piping to avoid a potential pollution event, or remove any equipment not necessary for the production of the well from the site. |
