2766362 Primary Facility 2018-08-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/22/2018 at approximately 1100, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Raymond Margaria Well Pad located in Cross Creek Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition. The access road near the entrance had erosion rills which should be addressed by the operator.
  • The wells on site were in the process of being painted and appeared to be in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and were in good condition.
  • GPUs did not have secondary containment but appeared to be in good condition.
  • The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetative growth.

No violations were found during this inspection.
