1980860 2011-06-03 No Violations Noted On June 3, 2011, I investigated a complaint regarding removing excess water from Plum Run in Deemston Borough, Washington County by a hydro-seeding company. I drove Martinsburg Road and checked several pools along the way but I could not find an area where a permanent withdrawal point was made.

I also stopped at Atlas Energy﾿s Eckerd well pad. The site has a sign out front and I found an up-to-date E&S plan. The erosion controls were in very good shape and the entire area (9+ acres) was recently hydro-seeded and the roads recently re-graveled. I found no problems with either the water removal or well site.
