2757248 Primary Facility 2018-07-27 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On 7/27/2018 at approximately 1200, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Johnston Charles Unit 5H Well Site located in Chartiers Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • All wells were clearly marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • All GPUs appeared to be in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were in secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.

No violations were observed during this inspection.

2841404 Primary Facility 2019-02-19 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Durkacs / Johnston units well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The access road was maintained and in good condition. The outer slopes were stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained no leaks or defects observed. The production tanks were in good condition no defects or leaks. The production tanks secondary containment was intact.
