2850772 Primary Facility 2019-03-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection attended a preconstruction meeting for the Seneca Resources DCNR Tract 007 Pad D located along Baldwin Run Rd in Delmar Twp, Tioga Co. on 3/8/2019 @9030 hours. The weather was 22 degrees, sunny, 3-6" snow on the ground, winds SSW@8mph, 40% humidity. Kirk Gregory, Seneca Resources was present onsite.

Seneca plans to install the Rock Construction Entrance (RCE) and timber the site. Mr. Gregory stated Seneca does not plan to fully construct the well pad at this time.

No violations are noted at this time. I departed the site at 1030 hours.
