Temporary E&S controls are still present and site is snow covered and permanent stabilization cannot be verified. Well Site Restoration Reports have been acknowledged. TLT
2433999 Primary Facility 2015-12-15 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Restoration inspection. Notice of Termination received 12/14/15. Interim restoration of pad completed. Two rock-lined diversion channels remain that are shown as having been removed on the restoration drawing. Also, a recently reclaimed channel is stabilized with erosion control blanket but not yet vegetated. Recommend denial of the NOT based on these observations. TLT
2531588 Primary Facility 2016-10-20 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Restoration inspection. The Notice of Termination was received on 10/19/16. The site is permanently stabilized, E&S controls have been removed and post-construction stormwater management controls are in place. Recommend approval of the Notice of Termination. TLT
2829412 Primary Facility 2019-01-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Vandergrift 290 Well Pad in Charleston Twp, Tioga County on 1/18/2019 at 1240 hours. The weather was 32 degrees, cloudy and 1/4 inch of snow covered the pad surface.

This pad has been reduced in size and the resized portions are well vegetated. There are currently 6 wells (1H-6H) that appear to be capable of production with two production tanks. The site is well vegetated and remains stabilized. No erosional issues were observed today.

No violations or issues noted today, I departed the site at 1300 hours.
