The site appears to be fully restored to approximate original contours. Only the entrance to the access road was observed. The James Cady 1 OG well is a conventional well that was permitted 8/29/2009. The well was plugged 8/24/2016. No violations are noted at this time. Please contact me with any questions.
2628719 Primary Facility 2017-08-23 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On 8/23/17 at 0902 hrs I conducted a restoration inspection of the James Cady well site. No one was present during the inspection. It was mostly sunny 64 degrees F.

Final restoration of the well site was completed following plugging of the James Cady #1 well in August 2016. The site has been graded to original contours and is in agricultural use.
