2849249 Primary Facility 2019-03-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of Repsol's Root 1 well pad in Jackson Twp, Tioga County on 3/6/2019 at 0935 hours. The weather was partly cloudy and 12 degrees and the pad was covered with ~2 inches of snow. This pad was one that SWEPI built and drilled but Repsol oversees production.

The Act 9 sign was observed at the entrance to the site. The well permit was available for review in the mailbox by the gate. There is currently one well onsite in production (ROOT 1). From vegetation that was visible, the pad appears well vegetated and stabilized. No evidence of spills or releases could be seen. Containment structures were intact and functioning. No PCSM BMPs were constructed.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1005.
