2833466 Primary Facility 2019-01-04 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted I arrived at the site at 12:00. The Weather, partly sunny skies, a light breeze, with temperatures near 40 degrees. Nabors Drilling Rig X36 is currently drilling the 6H well at a depth of (1,395.97) feet. Precision Drilling Rig #181 drilled the tophole sections of the Hauser 2H, 4H, 6H, 8H, 10H, 12H, 14H, 18H and 20H wells. Cabot submitted a Drilling resumption After Break of 30 days or more notification to the Department in reference to the 6H well on 12/31/19. The notification indicates that Nabors X36 would resume drilling on the 6H well at 6:30 PM on 1/1/19. The 6H well is the first well on the pad the Nabors rig has resumed drilling since the Precision rig demobilized from the site.

I met with Tony Ketterling, site company man and consultant of Cabot. The Department received a complaint on 1/3/19. The complainant alleged they had observed oil blowing off a pipe on a truck hauling pipes. The complainant and truck were driving north on State Route 29 in between Lake Walter and Springville on 1/3/1

2835901 Primary Facility 2019-02-05 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Arrived on location at 12:00. Met w/ Cabot Co. Man, Tony Ketterling. The Nabors X36 Rig was RU on the Hauser 18H well. Rig is presently drilling prod. hole at a depth of 15,480' to a projected TD of 16,067'. Tony anticipates reaching TD and running 5 1/2" prod. casing starting this evening. Casing and cement notice has been received through Greenport system.

- This well is the 6th of 10 wells to be drilled on this pad. The Hauser 2H, 10H, 6H, 16H & 20H wells have been TD'd. After this well is TD'd, the 8H, 14H, 4H & 12H wells will have production intervals drilled and cased to TD. - The top hole sections, surface and intermediate casings, of all 10 wells where previously drilled and cased by the PD 181 Rig. - Review of The 18H wells drillers log and previously set, casing tallies and cement reports did not reveal any obvious concerns or violations noted. Overall, well and location were found in good condition at time of inspection. Left location at 13:30.
