On site for a new spud inspection, accompanied by Eric Miller (OGI trainee for the Department). There were 8 wells on site with conductors drilled and set at 92'. Minichi Contracting Group was on site and drilled the 1H, 10H, 12H and 14H wells. United drilling was on site and drilled the 2H, 4H, 6H and 8H wells. We took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted. |
2851058 | Primary Facility | 2019-02-26 | Preoperation Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived onsite at 1315 to perform a pre-operational inspection of the well pad and tank farm.
