The (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting into a small plastic tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open and venting into a small plastic tank. There was 540psi on the production casing. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed.

I left the site at 10:35a.m.

2728158 Primary Facility 2018-05-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Bennett pad. The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-21468, 115-21470, 115-21471. The wells were properly labeled.

The access road and pad surface were solid and stable.

The cut and fill slopes were well vegetated, with quite a lot of green showing. There were no areas of instability noted.

There were no violations noted.

There was gas detected at the poly vent tank with a MSA Altair 5X multi gas detector that was calibrated on 2/5/19. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.
