According to Company Man, the crew is drilling with mud using a 6-1/4 PDC bit. Crew will be drilling to a TD of 9534 and will set 4-1/2 casing at this depth. Drillers log was inspected and was filled out properly.
1819275 Primary Facility 2009-08-06 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Drill rig on site was SWJ-19. Depth of drilling at time of inspection was 9500'. At the time of inspection, the drilling contractor was cleaning out the hole. After trippin out of the hole, 4-1/2 production casing will be set. The Company Man was not on-site at the time of inspection.

1841277 Primary Facility 2009-10-30 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, FracTech was on site preparing for the second stage of the frac job on the well. Upon arriving on location, the crew was addressing a diesel spill near one of the pump trucks on location. The diesel spill occurred from an overfilled saddle tank. Approximately 5 gallons of diesel appeared to have spilled onto the secondary containment ¿duck pond¿ located underneath the truck. The spill was contained within the containment area, and immediately cleaned up, and prevented from reaching the ground.
