1808514 2009-06-23 No Violations Noted Based on file records, well was completed on 1/7/90 and maintains an active permit status. During inspection, proper well tag was present. Well assembly consisted of 36",13", 4" to 2" poduction line with 5 gate valves with moderate corrosion. Line pressure on separator showed 80 psi. Data logger showed 400 psi/80 psi. Site contained 100 bbl brine tank. Tank had 80 bbl of brine. Scott Foster (AJB Well services) was on-site performing maintenance on dewatering towel and production equipment. Using glycol, foam and fluid were released from tower to brine tank. Slight release occurred around pump and brine tank.. Mr Foster was going to remove any Industrial waste discharge around all production equipment. Brine tank was in poor condition on the top and sides of tank. According to Mr. Foster, site is scheduled for new brine tank this month. No signs of E&S issues at the site.
