The well remains on Active Status but drilling was never completed and it has been more that 5 years since drilling was initiated. The ESCGP expired in September of 2017. I recommend plugging the abandoned conductor onsite and restoring the site or drilling the re-permitted well with due diligence. No violations noted at this time. |
