Hay reinforced filter fence is not an ABACT bmp utilized in HQ watershed, although in this case appears operator is utilized a well vegetated filter strip in addition to reinforced filter fence. Department reccomends operator follow ES plan as outlined as well as the utlization of compost sock in HQ washersheds. One below grade, lined drill pit located onsite. Pit contains adequate freeboard. Operator plans to encapsulation drill cuttings onsite, according to soil characteristics SHGWT is > 80in. No accelerated erosion or sedimenation issues noted during this inspection. |
