Access road ok, additional rock recommended in order to prevent accelerated erosion as well as minimize the amount of mud tracked on township road. Well drilled not yet equipped for production. One below grade pit located onsite-lined, adequate freeboard. Operator plans to dispose of cuttings onsite according to regulation. Bmp's installed and functioning according to plan, operator shall continue to monitor and maintain all bmp's until final permanent restoration achieved. Site has not yet been stabilized. No violations noted at the time of this inspection.
2020385 2011-11-09 No Violations Noted Keyrock had contracted Phillip Drilling (Wayne Braden- Tool Pusher). E&S controls and well sign was present.

No freeboard or E&S issues at the time of inspection. Conductor pipe was installed to 60 feet (9 5/8¿ pipe) and sanded in. Surface pipe was installed to 637 feet (7¿ pipe). Centralizers were set at 22¿, 149¿, 276¿, 387¿, and 591¿. Basket was set at 551 feet. Mine shaft recorded at 603¿ to 607¿. Surface pipe was cemented with 160 sks of Class A with 1/2 bbls return. Production pipe (4 ½¿ pipe) was set at 1225 feet and cemented with 100 sks of Class A. No return of cement was recorded. Keyrock was going to run a cement bond log on the production pipe. Water was encountered at 70¿, 140¿, and 645 feet. Phillips was in the process of moving equipment to next CBM well.
