Site is surrounding by wire fence in order to prevent third party access. Drilling completed 2/24/11. Pad adequately rocked. Wells drilled, not yet fraced nor equipped for production. Site is temporarily stabilized. No ES concerns noted. Operator has plans to permanently restore well site March 2013, a letter has been submitted discussing restoration efforts and timeline to Alan Eichler Program Manager OG SWRO. Hence prior arrangements for restoration to PCSM standards have been made no violations are currently noted; although operator should continue to closely monitor and maintain site and access road until final permanent restoration is achieved as outlined in memo. Department will be notified up commencemnt of final restoration activities. Chevron EHS personnel, Curtis Small, OGI Rick Hoover, and Environmental Trainee Samantha Foulk on site during inspection.
