INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1804574 2009-06-11 No Violations Noted Site ID sign in place. E&S plan on site.

Well is not equipped for production (well head only). Access road ok. Lined pit appears sound and has adequate freeboard. BMP's are in place and are properly maintained. No violations found.

1838492 2009-10-23 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was drilled and properly tagged. Brine tank was in sound condition. Well site was seeded and mulched with evidence of growth (not yet 70% vegetative cover). No accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed in relation to well site. It is recommended that the access road be maintained as some erosion is developing. It is recommended that roadway turnouts be rock lined until permanent vegetation has been established that can direct and filter ditch flow.
