Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1804574 Primary Facility 2009-06-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site ID sign in place. E&S plan on site.
1838492 Primary Facility 2009-10-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was drilled and properly tagged. Brine tank was in sound condition. Well site was seeded and mulched with evidence of growth (not yet 70% vegetative cover). No accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed in relation to well site. It is recommended that the access road be maintained as some erosion is developing. It is recommended that roadway turnouts be rock lined until permanent vegetation has been established that can direct and filter ditch flow.
