Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1934414 2010-12-10 No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection, well tag present. Well appears to be in production. Area surrounding well site snow covered, but no accelerated erosion and sedimentation or IW issues observed, BUT brine tank appears rusty and discolored. Recommend that operator check fluid level in tank as well as structural integrity of tank. It appears at some point tank may have overflowed, but discoloration of the ground was not observed. To best observation appears site is adequately restored. Accompanied with Marc Maestra, WQS for training purposes.
