1900004 2010-07-21 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was drilled and equipped for production. Well was properly tagged. Noted that production equipment appeared very rusty. Detected a faint gas odor. Brine tank ok. Now IW concerns were observed. Site was adequately and uniformly restored with minimum of 70% vegetative cover. No E&S issues were noted on site, but it is recommended that operator maintain shared access road between gate entrance and wells, signs of prior erosion were observed. Department was unable to located official well record of completion, it is also recommended that operator resubmit the original file to the DEP.
