Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2629227 Primary Facility 2017-07-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The purpose of the inspection was to discuss redline modifications with Jamie Davis, Site Construction Manager with Rice Energy. The approved redline changes shift the silt sock closer to the LOD with some being increased diameter socks. These changes will allow Rice Energy to install other E&S and stormwater controls that would otherwise been installed in a separate phase.
2652730 Primary Facility 2017-10-13 Preoperation Inspection No Violations Noted The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present. E&S controls had been installed and portions of the site were vegetated, temporarily stabilized, or about to be seeded and mulched. The well pad was constructed and appeared to be in sound condition. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection. Drilling activities may commence at Rice's discretion.
2653661 Primary Facility 2017-10-03 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The purpose of the inspection was to discuss redline changes to the site. Rice requested Department approval to shift BMPs toward the LOD to allow PCSM to be built during the initial construction phase to limit future earth disturbance. The redline changes were approved.
2663769 Primary Facility 2017-11-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The BMPs appeared to be in good condition. What appeared to be a small slip repair was observed upslope of the access road (see photographs). Portions of the site were well vegetated and others were increasing in vegetation. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
