The sign in the front meets the Act 9 standard. I found well permits for the GH56AHS well (059-26331), the GH56BHS well (059-26332) and the GH56CHS well (059-26214). The E&S plan was also there; I noted a few minor changes (like additional rock and silt barriers) that CONSOL need to add. I did not find a PPC plan. Although the site looked in good shape at inspection, I will need to re-check the site when the snow is off. |
