The Wells have been drilled and appear to be in production. The site is in over-all good condition. The Operator has established temporary site stabilization. The grass and/or vegetative cover is 70% uniform across the fill slopes. The E/S controls appear to be in good working condition. the 6 month extension has been approved. The Operator has 6 months after the 9 month period to have the site restored and permenantly stabilized. This well reached total depth (TD) on 10/20/11. The Department will utilize this date to add 9 months and then the 6 month extension.
