Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1915412 Primary Facility 2010-09-22 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
1940767 Primary Facility 2010-10-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2848179 Primary Facility 2019-03-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Tuesday March 5, 2019 I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the DFM10 CBM Well Site located in Center Township, Greene County.

The access road and the pad area were observed to be in good condition.

There was a thin coating of snow at the time of inspection. Uniform vegetative growth was observed through the thin snow cover.

The production tank appeared to be in sound condition and there were no apparent signs of historic fluid release. No secondary containment is utilized in association with the production tank. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider using secondary containment constructed of impermeable materials. A release of fluid can result in a violation being issued to the operator.

The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was tagged with identification.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
