2792409 Primary Facility 2018-08-22 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was leaking a significant amount of gas from the outside of the surface casing. Pressure on the well, from a gauge onsite, was reading 170 psi. The valve was open for production and was hooked up to a drip and regulator. The well was properly labeled. Production was reported in 2017.

Please refer to Chapter 78.86 which discusses defective casing or cementing. The Department requests that the leak be taken care of following this regulation.

§ 78.86 Defective casing or cementing In a well that has defective, insufficient or improperly cemented casing, the operator shall report the defect to the Department within 24 hours of discovery by the operator and shall correct the defect. The operator shall correct the defect or submit a plan to correct the defect for approval by the Department within 30 days. If the defect cannot be corrected or an alternate method is not approved by the Department, the well shall be plugged under § § 78.91 - 78.98 (relating to plugging).

2818533 Primary Facility 2018-12-19 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted This was a follow up inspection to check on the bubbling that had been occurring from the well. Operator had been notified and a call was received stating that it was fixed. This was confirmed. The well is no longer leaking. The well was producing and a gauge was reading 160 psi.
