2832208 | Primary Facility | 2019-01-11 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On 01/11/19 at approximately 0900 hours I met with Gary Bowlen and Curtis Small of Chevron to discuss proposed redline changes.
The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. E&S perimeter controls were installed and appeared to be in good condition. Down slope of sediment basin/wet pond 1 a toe key was to be installed west of the emergency spillway, but was relocated east of the emergency spillway due to water encountered in the field. The redline change was approved. A liner is to be installed in the sediment basin/wet pond. The construction sequence was redlined to allow Chevron to install the liner when environmental and weather conditions permit. |
