Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2711836 Primary Facility 2018-03-28 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Cellar on location.
2717218 Primary Facility 2018-04-11 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted 30" Conductor set @ 40'. Cellar set @ 8'.
2768533 Primary Facility 2018-08-23 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On 08/23/18 at approximately 1015 hours I met with Curtis Small of Chevron to discuss possible redline changes. The operator of an adjacent conventional well accesses their well from the Siegel well pad entrance. The conventional well operator had a preexisting access road that was modified and graveled in accordance with the approved E&S plan during construction of the Siegel well site. The conventional operator indicated to Chevron the access road as modified is steeper than it was originally. Chevron proposed reducing the grade of the road. Redline approval was granted to reduce the grade of the access road within Chevron's LOD.
2853091 Primary Facility 2019-03-13 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted This well has had the top hole drilled and cased and is tagged and inside a protective cattle gate waiting on the fluid Rig to arrive and finish drilling. There was no Drill Site Supervisor present on site at the time of this inspection. All equipment staged on site looked ok.

NOTE: I contacted Chevron and had a Compliance Specialist come to the site to darken the well sign information in a bit more clearly as the recent heavy rain made it a bit difficult to read.
