2845970 Primary Facility 2019-02-15 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted On 11/06/18 an Oil based mud spill had occurred at the site and an NOV was issued.

On 02/15/19 at approximately 1015 hours I conducted a CEI at the site. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The impacted soils had been remediated and all contaminated equipment had been cleaned and removed from the site. The violations have been corrected and there were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
