All equipment not needed for production has been removed from the site.

The three wells on the site are all labeled.

Three brine tanks are located on the site inside containment. There are three heater/separator units on site. The plumbing for the brine tanks to heater units are located underground. No leaks were observed on this inspection.

The reclaimed area of the well site has good vegetation on it and has been successfully harvested for hay. Trees have been planted on a portion of the reclaimed area.

All the E&S controls have been removed.
