2694601 Primary Facility 2018-02-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at LPR Energy's Lytle Unit on February 8, 2018. No one was onsite during my inspection.

The site sign with emergency contact information was present and located at the entrance road. The mailbox onsite contains all Chevron's old paperwork, emergency response plan, PPC plan, etc. I recommend updating the PPC Plan and Emergency response plan with LPR's information.

There are a total of 6 Marcellus wells spudded on this pad. Each well is labeled with the API/well permit number. Wells (033-26874, 033-27093, 033-27196, 033-27197, and 033-27198) have been TD'ed, stimulated, flowed-back and are in active production status. Well 033-26971 was spudded but not completed and plugged by Chevron, prior to being transferred to LPR Energy.

There are a total of 5 GPU's onsite. In addition, there are (4) 400 bbl produced fluids tanks stationed in secondary containment. Water within containment was frozen. No corrosion was observed on the exterior of the produced fluids tanks. The entire pad and s
