No one was onsite during my inspection. There are a total of 6 producing wells onsite. Each well cellar is full of gravel. Each well is plumbed to its own individual production unit before discharging into the pipeline. There are (6) 400 BBL produced fluids tanks onsite located in secondary containment. There is approximately 4 inches of water within this secondary containment with a specific conductance reading of 993 uS/cm.

Production processing equipment on location includes 6 production water tanks, 1 poly tank that contains produced water, 6 gas processing units and 1 sand trap, measurement equipment ¿ orifice meter stations. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection. Wellsite looks neat and well organized.

No one was onsite during my inspection. There are a total of 6 producing wells onsite. Each well cellar is full of gravel. Each well is plumbed to its own individual production unit before discharging into the pipeline. There are (6) 400 BBL produced fluids tanks onsite located in secondary containment. There is approximately 4 inches of water within this secondary containment with a specific conductance reading of 993 uS/cm.

The pad size has been reduced/ partially restored. The areas surrounding the pad is well vegetated. No ESCGP or PCSM plans were found onsite.

All well heads, production units, and produced fluids tanks are labeled with the previous operators name (EOG RESOURCES) and other contact information. In addition, the site sign or 911 sign contains EOG RESOURCES name and contact information. I recommend changing the signs, labels, etc. to reflect Seneca's name and contact i

2811491 Primary Facility 2018-12-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Seneca Resources Sparkling Spring Hunting Club (SSCH) on December 4, 2018. There are a total of 6 drilled Marcellus well located on this well pad. Only 3 of the 6 wells have been completed (033-26930, 033-26931, 033-26960) and are currently in production.

The well pad has been partially reduced in size and restored. All areas surrounding the pad are well vegetated. No ESCGP or PCSM plans were found onsite.
