| Routine inspection of Seneca Resources Corp Sparkling Spring Hunting Club Pad A Marcellus well pad on July 31, 2017.
 +
 +
No one was onsite during my inspection. There are a total of 6 producing wells onsite. Each well cellar is full of gravel. Each well is plumbed to its own individual production unit before discharging into the pipeline. There are (6) 400 BBL produced fluids tanks onsite located in secondary containment. There is approximately 4 inches of water within this secondary containment with a specific conductance reading of 993 uS/cm.
 +
 +
The pad size has been reduced/ partially restored. The areas surrounding the pad is well vegetated.  No ESCGP or PCSM plans were found onsite.
 +
 +
All well heads, production units, and produced fluids tanks are labeled with the previous operators name (EOG RESOURCES) and other contact information. In addition, the site sign or 911 sign contains EOG RESOURCES name and contact information. I recommend changing the signs, labels, etc. to reflect Seneca's name and contact i
