Well tag in place. Well is equipped and in production. Access road stable. Well site is stabilized with vegetation. No signs of accelerated erosion. What appeared to be a small hole that was approximately 1/2 inch in diameter at the bottom edge of the tank has been repaired. Tank is now sound. As with previous inspection, there is no evidence of any discharge around the tank. No dead vegetation in the area or signs of discharge in the soil. Compliance assistance was used in previous inspection report to address the above concerns. Site is in compliance.
