My inspection revealed the following: Tank has been replaced with a new plastic tank. There was no earth disturbance during tank changing. new tank is sound with no leaks at this time. There are not any no E&S issues at site. all violations have been corrected

1818079 2009-07-24 Violation(s) Noted Performed routine inspection. Drilling was completed 9/2/1982. Well appears to be in production. There are no signs of erosion and sedimentation on the well site and access road. Brine tank is not sound. There were 2 visible leaks on the bottom of the tank and significant staining on the ground. The department recomends that the brine be replaced as soon as possible. 568517
