NTS contracted First Class to complete the gas well. Conductor pipe (20”) was set at 25 feet and sanded in. Mine pipe (13 3/8”) was set at 253 feet and was cemented with 225 sacks Type 1 cement with no returns. Water was encountered at 200 feet. Coal seams were encountered at 47 feet to 51 feet and 176 feet and 181 feet. Current depth was at 253 feet. Universal was present to cement the mine pipe.
2048795 2012-03-06 No Violations Noted Site visit was part of routine inspection due to spud notification.

Access road was extremely rutted. A broom truck was positioned at the entrance to the site cleaning the township road. Pit was relined and prepared for the frac. Liner was comprimised with stakes penetrating it. Site was stable with no E&S issues. No violations noted at this time. PA DEP Water Quality Specialist April Weiland was present during inspection.

2049813 2012-03-01 No Violations Noted Well Id sign and E&S plan were present at access road. At the time of the inspection, no E&S concerns or no freeboard issues were present at the site. NTS contracted First Class to complete the gas well. Surface pipe (7”) was set at 925’ and was cemented with 200 sacks of Type 1 with 13 bbls return. Plug was down at 2/29/12 at 6:20 pm. Water was recorded at 700 feet at 10 gpm. Current depth was 1,780 feet.
