Site consisted of heater, separator and 100 bbl brine tank. Well and production equipment located in agricultural field. Well assembly consisted 7 inch pipe reduce to 4 inch and connected to 2 inch production line and connected 3 gate valves. Well tag present at the well head. No signs of IW release around well head or production equipment. At the time of inspection, no E&S issues at the site. Based on in-line pressure gauge, line pressure was 200 psi.
1806996 2009-06-23 No Violations Noted Drilling completed on 2/20/2008. Well site has been restored. There are no signs of erosion and sedimentation on the access road and well site. Brine tank is in sound condition. Well site has adequate vegetative cover. Operator should continue to monitor the well site and access road for erosion and sedimentation. Agricultural setting. Well is in production.
