1890089 2010-06-03 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was drilled and in production. Well properly tagged. Access road was in stable condition. Brine tank appeared sound. Site was adequately and uniformly restored with at least 70% successful vegetative growth. Area directly surrounding well was rocked. Detected a faint gas odor, which will be noted to the O&G Inspector for further investigation. Also observed a used methanol barrel onsite, the dept is recommending that it be removed from the site promptly. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to access road or well site.
