| The operator submitted a notice of termination (NOT) to the department for Cochran Unit Well Pad covered under ESX29-015-17-0033. The department received the NOT on September 11, 2018.
 +
 +
One well has been drilled and stimulated. Next to the well head there was a plastic container sitting in a plastic containment. No fluid was present within this containment. A gpu was also present within a felt and plastic lined containment. There was approximately 3 inches of water within the containment. The water had a conductivity of 4.7 uS/cm. Felt is ripped in some places but the plastic is in good condition.
 +
 +
Overall vegetation on the restored portion of pad, on side slopes, soil stockpile, and on infiltration basins is 70 percent or greater. No E&S issues observed.
 +
 +
No violations noted.
 +
 +
I recommend acknowledging the NOT.

2776455 Primary Facility 2018-09-17 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The operator submitted a notice of termination (NOT) to the department for Cochran Unit Well Pad covered under ESX29-015-17-0033. The department received the NOT on September 11, 2018.

Overall vegetation on the restored portion of pad, on side slopes, soil stockpile, and on infiltration basins is 70 percent or greater. No E&S issues observed.

No violations noted.

I recommend acknowledging the NOT.
