2604328 Primary Facility 2017-06-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On June 12, 2017, at 1305hrs., the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC, Neville V (05-028) well pad in Warren Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department. Nobody was present for Repsol.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was observed to be well vegetated. No erosion issues were observed. An bioretention basin and sediment trap were observed to be installed at the site.

Four wells were observed to be in production during the inspection. All of the wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two production tanks and four GPUs were in secondary containment. The production tanks were in good condition with minimal corrosion evident on the exterior of the tank. All puddles on the well pad were low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the well pad surface.

No violations were observed during the inspecti

2815778 Primary Facility 2018-12-14 Site Restoration No Violations Noted NOT approval.

I took electrical conductivity readings of pooled water with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. A puddle on the pad surface returned a 0.06 mS/cm. JLP
