Erosion and Sedimentation best management practices installed including perimeter compost filter sock, sediment traps, diversion channels and interceptor channels. Majority of site stabilized with seed and mulch with vegetative growth emerging. No apparent E/S issues.
2633915 Primary Facility 2017-09-08 Preoperation Inspection No Violations Noted On September 8, 2017, WQS Brian MacQuarrie onsite at unconventional well site. Meet with Nathaniel Smiell-Range Resources for the purpose of conducting a pre-operation inspection as per Act 13 Section 3258, prior to commencement of drilling operations. The well site has been constructed according to Erosion and Sedimentation plan and all Best Management Practices are installed. Disturbed areas have been stabilized with seed and mulch and vegetation is continuing to be established.

As a result of today's inspection, commencement of drilling activities is approved.
