On this return date, the well bore hole had been deepened to 68' and the Rig had run 68' of 24" pipe, cemented it to surface and covered the well cellar with a steel plate until the next Rig returns to continue the drilling operation. The well log record and all equipment on site looked ok.

2790011 Primary Facility 2018-10-17 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted This well was spudded to 42' and had 42' of 40" pipe installed and cemented back to surface inside an 8'x10' cellar. All equipment on site looked ok.

Once they land the curve, they will switch to a 8 1/2" bit. The BOP was tested on 3/10. Containment appeared to be in good condition, with fuel and mud within double containment.
