2834806 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 2/4/19 at 0848 hrs., I conducted a routine inspection of Snyder Brothers, Inc.'s Elizabeth Wilson White Estate 11M-200 well (API 005-31154) in Rayburn Twp., Armstrong Co. The well pad is restored and permanently stabilized. The well is equipped for production. A site ID sign is present at the entrance to the well pad. A well tag is affixed to the well head. There are no violations noted for this inspection.
